Estimado arrendador

 En varias ocasiones en los últimos meses ha entrado en mi apartamento sin notificármelo previamente.Eso me ha causado considerable estres y ansiedad, hasta el punto de que el pacífico disfrute de mi arrendamiento ha sido seriamente alterado.

 Esta carta es para notificarle formalmente de que apreció enormemente mi privacidad e insistir en que mi derecho a la privacidad reconocido por la Sección 1954 del Código Civil debe ser respetado. Especialmente en situaciones de no urgencia, le agradecería que me diese un aviso de su intención de entrar en mi casa, con al menos 24 horas de antelación.

Presumo que esta carta sera suficiente para solucionar esta situación. Si quiere hablar sobre el tema, por favor llámeme al __________ de 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m

Dear Landlord,

Several times in the last two months you have entered my apartment without notifying me in advance. This has caused me considerable anxiety and stress, to the point that my peaceful enjoyment of my tenancy has been seriously disrupted.

This letter is to formally notify you that I value my privacy highly and insist that my legal rights to that privacy, as guaranteed to me under Section 1954 of the California Civil Code, be respected. Specifically, in non-emergency situations, I would like to have 24 hours' notice of your intent to enter my house.

I assume this notice will be sufficient to correct this matter. If you want to talk about this, please call me at__________ from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
