The Women’s Council provides a six month outpatient counseling program to address the issues facing women with substance abuse problems. This program provides individual and group substance abuse counseling and education, 12 Step peer support, parenting skills training, and case management with service linkage. Random drug testing is conducted to monitor client progress.
