This program provides transitional housing and supportive services to children ages five and under and their mothers recovering from substance abuse. Participants are graduates of SCADP’s Heritage House or Heritage House North programs in Orange County. The Village provides needs assessment, case management with service linkage and transportation, individual and group counseling, 12 Step support groups, as well as educational/vocational assistance and discharge planning for transition to safe, permanent housing.
