Angel Step Too is a transitional housing program targeting battered, substance-addicted women and their children. The program offers needs assessment, case management and service linkage, substance abuse counseling and education, domestic violence counseling and education, life skills training, and vocational/educational services. Funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Angel Step Too offers 36 beds for women and children within a six-month program. This program is a part of the agency’s large domestic violence service division, which also includes emergency shelters for battered, substance-abusing women and their children and a walk-in counseling center. Angel Step Too is also home to our Native American Services Program.
