Chefs & Vintners' Harvest Dinner
September 25, 2008

The Chefs & Vintners' Harvest Dinner is a special evening of culinary delights set at the elegant Glen Sander's Mansion. The evening starts off with a beautifully arranged cocktail hour that offers wine tasting, food demonstration tables, silent auction, and raffle. After cocktail hour, guests proceed to the ballroom for a fabulous six course dinner and live auction. Each course is prepared by one of the Capital Region's most celebrated chefs and paired with a New York State wine.

$5,000 Level Sponsors
This sponsor receives two tables of ten for dinner; your company name listed on several Time Warner Cable channels and printed invitations; full page ad in the program booklet; company name/logo on complimentary recipe cards for each guest; an award during the evening's program.

$3,500 Level Sponsors
This sponsor receives a table of ten for dinner; company name listed on several Time Warner Cable channels and printed invitations; full page ad in the program booklet, company name/logo on complimentary recipe cards for each guest; an award during the evening's program.

$2,000 Level Sponsors
This sponsor receive a table of ten; company name on printed invitations; half page ad in the program booklet; company name/logo on complimentary recipe cards for each guest; and an award during the evening's program.

Annual Auction - An Evening of Friends, Food and Fun
November 5, 2008

Our largest auction/dinner event features more than 120 silent and 16 live auction packages for guests to bid on. Items range from baskets of chocolates to cocktail parties aboard a fabulous yacht. During cocktail hour, guests peruse & bid on silent auction items, where they are sure to find the perfect holiday gift. After dinner, the excitement builds as 400 guests go head to head bidding on live auction items to raise money for the Food Bank.

Anniversary Sponsors ~ $3,000
This sponsor receives two tables of eight; company name on the front cover of the program, in the invitation and on sponsor banner; company recognition during the opening remarks; a complimentary $100 Raffle ticket and book of $5 raffle tickets; and a possible listing on the television PSA.

Dinner Sponsors ~ $2,500
This sponsor receives two tables of eight; listing in the invitation and program; company recognition displayed in cocktail reception area; announcement during opening remarks; and a book of $5 raffle tickets.

Cocktail Reception Sponsors ~ $1,500
This sponsor receives a table for eight; listing in the invitation and program; company recognition displayed in cocktail reception area; announcement during opening remarks; and a book of $5 raffle tickets.

Program Sponsors ~ $1,000
This sponsor receives four seats, listing in the invitation and program, announcement during the opening remarks, and a book of $5 raffle tickets.

Holiday Hunger Appeal
November 19 - December 24, 2008

The Holiday Hunger Appeal is the Regional Food Bank's longest and most public fundraising event. It involves hundreds of volunteers and many sponsors. Most of our sponsors have been with the Appeal for years and look forward to participating in this holiday tradition. During the Appeal, volunteers ask shoppers in Crossgates Mall to make a donation to the Food Bank and hang ornaments on the holiday tree. Many civic groups and businesses support the Appeal with financial contributions and volunteers to collect donations.

Silver & Gold Sponsorship ~ $2,500
Sponsors at this level receive media coverage from both Time Warner Cable/Capital News 9 and MAGIC 100.9FM from mid-November through Christmas Eve; listing on display board at Crossgates Mall on their Matching Day; listing on Appeal banner displayed at the mall; and opportunity for volunteers to wear company T-shirts while collecting money at the mall.

Matching Day Sponsor ~ $1,000
As a Matching Day Sponsor, you will benefit from exposure to over one million holiday shoppers in Crossgates Mall, inclusion in the Time Warner Cable/Capital News 9 Holiday Hunger Appeal 30 second promotional ad that runs at least 40 days and lists all sponsors, radio coverage of Matching Day Sponsors on Magic 100.9 FM, with special mention on your day, display board identifying your company or group at the Crossgates booth on your matching day, company listing on the Appeal banner displayed at the Mall for 40 days, feature article in Food Bank newsletter with a circulation of 20,000, opportunity for your volunteers to wear company T-shirts while collecting money at the Mall.

25th Annual Golf Classic
June 12, 2008

The Annual Golf Classic, held at the Western Turnpike Golf Course in Guilderland is one of the Regional Food Bank's most successful events. Held in June each year, the Golf Classic boasts over 200 golfers, making it one of the largest in the Capital Region. This fun filled day includes contests, breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a live and silent auction, cocktail hour and large raffle.

Anniversary Sponsors ~ $5,000
The names of Anniversary Sponsors will appear on the cover of the golf invitation and a company banner will be hung at registration and during dinner. The sponsor will also receive a course flag, inclusion on the program cover, and golf, golf cart, lunch and dinner for three foursomes.

Eagle Sponsors ~ $2,500
Eagle sponsors receive a company banner to be displayed prominently during the tournament. They will also be highlighted in the program and invitation, and receive a course flag and golf, golf cart, lunch and dinner for two foursomes.

Birdie Sponsors ~ $1,500
Birdie sponsors receive a company banner to be displayed during lunch, cocktail hour, Putt-for-Cash, or in the golf cart area. They will also be listed in the invitation and program, and receive a course flag and golf, golf cart, lunch and dinner for one foursome.

Open Sponsors ~ $1,200
Open sponsors have the company name listed in the program, invitation, on a sponsor banner, and on a course flag. This sponsor will also receive golf, golf cart, lunch and dinner for one foursome. Course Flag Sponsor ~ $125 Company name displayed on a course flag.
