Marc Ehrlich, General Counsel IP Law, IBM

Marc Ehrlich is Intellectual Property Counsel for the Patent Portfolio Management function of International Business Machines Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Geological Science from the University Center of New York at Binghamton, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Prior to becoming a patent attorney Marc served as an engineer for IBM's Microelectronics Division. As a patent attorney Marc has held several positions for IBM's Intellectual Property Law organization, including serving as an attorney for IBM Systems Group, IBM Research and supporting contracts and licensing matters for IBM's Corporate Intellectual Property Licensing function. Marc is a member of the Bar of the state of New York, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
