Alvin Deutsch

 

For more than 30 years, Alvin Deutsch (along with David Blasband and Edward Klagsbrun) was a senior partner of an intellectual property firm founded by the trio.  In 2001, along with Nancy F.Wechsler, they joined McLaughlin & Stern, a 60 -member law firm with an established reputation in the trusts and estates, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory offerings, taxation and corporate litigation fields of practice.  Mr. Deutsch is a graduate of Yale Law School and Johns Hopkins University, where he serves on the Advisory Council to the University's president and the Executive Committee of its Sheridan Libraries.  He is an Honorary Parnas-presidente of The Spanish Portuguese Synagogue (founded in 1654) and an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law.
