Dr. Tonya Frost - Director of Creative Programming
Tonya is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, and currently serves as the Health & Safety Education and Service Delivery Coordinator of the American Red Cross of the Quad-Cities. She also teaches as adjunct faculty at Black Hawk College in addition to her projects for the QCLP.
