Wellness Walks - Testimonials
Below are the responses we received to the question, "What was the most meaningful part of your experience?"
"The vibration is set for serenity. Peace resides in the labyrinth- it is easy to feel. I came in feeling tired and left rejuvenated, feeling completely welcome here!"

"Gaining greater insight as to why I have trouble letting go or forgiving. It's fascinating how this works. It gives the left brain something to do while you work out solutions with your right brain! Terrific ideas given to assist in the walk, i.e., message rocks, corn 'food for thought,' etc. was great. Music is great, too - calming. Would definitely like to return!"

“The realization that when other people are walking at the same time you are, they appear to be going in an opposite direction, and yet you know, intellectually, that they will come out O.K. and at the same spot as you do, just not at the same time. I found this a metaphor for conflict with others, and also the resolution. We are all on the same path – just at different places. We can’t judge from our standpoint what progress another is making.”
