  Benefits of Walking Labyrinths

    •    Benefits for Business
    •    Benefits for Children

The benefits of walking a labyrinth are numerous. Walking the labyrinth is an activity that people of all ages can enjoy, from children to seniors.  Labyrinths can provide benefits to people from all walks of life, and of all belief systems.

"Walking a labyrinth" can mean actually walking a large labyrinth - either permanent one installed indoors or outside, a portable (usually canvas) one, or a temporary labyrinth created out of any available material - or it can mean tracing a finger labyrinth with a finger or tool, or tracing a labyrinth pattern on paper with finger or pen.  Any one of these methods will yield similar results.

Because they come in many sizes, labyrinths are accessible to people of all ages and abilities, so whether you are walking a large outdoor labyrinth whose path may be as long as a mile, or simply tracing a small simple labyrinth pattern on paper, you can expect to find the soothing and peaceful qualities that the labyrinth can bestow.  Just read what labyrinth walk participants have had to say about their experiences by visiting our Testimonials page, or share your experiences by joining the QCLP, or by sending us an email at qclabyrinth@aol.com.
