Subject: Volunteer |
| I am a volunteer at Pioneer Day School. I call the school each day to speak with the students on the telephone. This helps them to develop good conversation skills and its fun for me to talk to them. |

Subject: Good to know there is a school like this |
| As a mom of a 22 year old young man with autism I am thankful that there is a school like this for the children of today. These children are not throw away kids as our doctor once told us to do with our son, everyone of these children have a unlock key if someone is willing to work hard to find it.
We were lucky enough to find Derek's and I am sure there are others out there who have been lucky enough to find that unlock key. Don't give up and please give to this school if you can afford to. Love and children have no price tag. |
