Russ Bloch, MSW, MBA

Russ Bloch holds Masters degrees in clinical social work and business administration. As an individual, group, and family therapist he has provided treatment to troubled children, youth, and families, and to persons suffering from chronic mental illnesses. Over the course of his career, Russ has directed an architecturally-secure psychiatric facility, a certified drug and alcohol treatment center, an independent living preparation program, two intensive residential treatment and special education programs for teenagers, three volunteer-based social service programs, and an emergency shelter and intensive case management program for homeless families. He has helped lead three different programs through successfully becoming accredited by either the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations or the Council on Accreditation.

Russ has been a leader within the New Hampshire residential provider community, serving as President of the Partners in Service for Children, Youth, and Families and as Director-At-Large of that collaboration’s earlier incarnation as the New Hampshire Group Home Association. He currently serves as President of the New Hampshire Coalition to End Homelessness.
