$50 tuition includes all supplies. Class size is limited, so register early.
Spend a relaxing day with Jody Sterne, mountain herbalist, story teller and world traveler. Learn simple ways to care for yourself and your family using plants from the forest, fields and the far reaches of your kitchen cupboard. We will be making traditionally crafted herbal remedies including healing teas, a simple salve, elixirs and poultices with samples for you to take home. Weather permitting we will take a leisurely stroll to look at plants and trees so wear 'real shoes' and bring a jacket and sack lunch.
