Volunteering with Manna Project
Thanks for your interest in working with us! There are three types of MPI volunteers: Spring Break volunteers, summer volunteers and thirteen-month volunteers that we call Program Directors or PDs.

Program Director Positions - Before you apply
Are you right for MPI? We look for Program Directors who:
• Want to use their education, passion, and interests in service.
• Have a "self-starter" mentality and the initiative to make things happen.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Are open to an experience that can change their lives.

- Phone interview: Within one week of receiving your application we will let you know if you’ve qualified for a phone interview. If so, our US Director Chris Taylor will organize an interview.

Preparation (you’ve made it!): Within two weeks of your phone interview, you’ll be notified if you’ve been accepted as a PD. We’ll send you contracts and detailed information about working with Manna Project.
- Hitting the ground: Once you arrive on site, you’ll spend two-three weeks in language school and orientation with the rest of your team before beginning program transition with the previous year's PDs.
