This program is sponsored by the Louisiana State Bar Association's Outreach and Diversity Section and brings attorneys and students together for educational sessions on subjects such as the legacy of Abraham Lincoln and the right to vote.

Elementary, middle and high school teachers from all seven Louisiana congressional districts were on hand for an intensive two day teachers' workshop on the We The People program.
An estimated 3000 students will benefit from the administration of this highly effective civics program this school year alone. Hats off to those educators who took time off from their summer activities to attend this seminar!

U.S. Department of Education Funding Opportunities
