The "Elders" of the ILC
The ILC owes a deep debt of gratitude to Jane and Lacy.
It was Jane's initial catalyzing enthusiasm that helped launch
the training programs of the institute.
She and Lacy were passionately involved in the work of the ILC
over a span of many years:
As participants in the Full Coaching and TFT programs,
as Advisory Committe members and as Staff members.
Their support, encouragement and guidance
through the years has been invaluable.
It is with great respect, deep appreciation and affection
that they are honored as "Elders" of the ILC.
