La Senora is run entirely by Volunteers and Interns.  It's highly professional programs are accomplished through the work of those who serve as events staff, researchers, graphics artists, PR support and yes, even those, who just come in to toil awhile at the mundane choirs of keeping everything organized. 

 

It's apparent that this organization could not exist without its Volunteers.  We thank these supporters in many ways, but to our own surprise, we do  not always do so publically by recognition in our printed materials or this website.  Some -- actually far more than we would have suspected -- prefer to remain anonymous in this time of the guarding of one's privacy.  So let us post right now our warmest thank you to all those volunteers in 2007 and 2008 who chose to remain invisible -- we 'see you' and appreciate your work.

 

But Volunteerism is an honorable trait and one we especially wish to encourage in our youths -- so watch this site for a link to the names of our Volunteers who will be willing for their names to be listed  where they can serve as 'role models' for others.
