Based on the collective experience of the Board we provide a service that is essential to the community by creating a platform where education and the film arts meet.We provide an uplifting and informative experience to a diverse constituency.

Your support is essential incovering the cost of programs, development, operations, presentations, and realizing our "Strategic Goals" that include the creation of an IBFF Education Fund that will allow youth the opportunity for mentoring, internships and participation atInternational venues.

The Board of the IBFF maintains the responsibility to oversee fundraising, program development, and festival venues.

• We are "attempting to assist artist in implementing a tradition in social responsibility" and using "film as a tool of social change". We provide the public with information and awareness they may not have access to.
