Seeking compassionate, caring, patient person for Residential Rehabilitation Assistant for a 29 year old woman with developmental disabilities. Duties include helping with job tasks, social activities, community outings, self help skills including possibly personal care help and assistance with daily in home tasks and providing transportation. some schedule flexibility preferred. Must provide own transportation. Up to 30 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Must have own car and a clean drivers license. $11 per hour, mileage reimbursement. RESPITE
Respite Site Supervisor:
Position at respite facility assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living skills. This is a supervisory position and responsibilities include planning activities & meals in conjuntion with participants, ensureing appropriate documentation is completed and supervision of respite staff. Hours are Fridays 1pm to 10pm, Saturdays 7 am to 10pm, Sundays 7am to 12pm. Potential for additional hours. This position has a 90 day evaluation period.

Temporary, PT/FT, depending on program participant and family needs. Must have AAS degree in health or human services or NYS RN license. Must be willing and able to begin immediate orientation and NYS OMRDD training for MSC. Must be organized and familiar with Medicaid documentation and have own transportation. Salary DOE.
