    Mme Mirlande is a devoted woman who can well implement humanitarian & development program and take outstanding action for the benefit of Fhed, Inc.  Because of her knowledge and experiences of the field, her initiative's spirit, flexibility attitude and easy to adapt to difficult areas, ability to work in group make FHED, Inc Haiti / Mission since April 2006 a dedicated Organization to reduce Haiti poverty and complying with international laws relating to development criteria.

Renaud Fils JEAN JACQUES
 
Program & Projects Manager
 
    Born and raised in Carice, Haiti. Mr Jean Jacques is a talented professional-cadre willing to implement his leadership skills into FHED's Charity and Development program in order to compete in today's non-profit challenges. His expertise mainly lies in management field.  Enhancing his skills throughout learning, after his high school studies in 1999 at Centre de Formation Classique, Cap- Haitien, he went to Faculty of Sciences to obtain an option on Mechanical Engeneering.  From 2000 to 2004 he attended classes at two States Universities respectively on Economic and Accounting sciences majors (Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Economiques and Institut National d' Administration et de Gestion et des Hautes Etudes Internationales (INAGHEI)).  From these prospectives, Mr Jean Jacques is an expert on Accountant Procedures Apllication, National and International human resources management, Banking Management activities, ability to use the internet with options on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Quicbooks knowledges, Summaries 2000, APAC, Eviews.  His creative thinking makes him reliable when it comes to detailing the tasks on workplaces.
 
Works Experiences
 
August 2006 to Present:  Administrator of Réseau des Coopératives Caféières de Région Nord (RECOCARNO).
 
April- December 2008:  Consultant to the Sant pou Kilti ak Dévlopman Karis (SKDK) where he assisted the administrator to maintain a standard accounting procedures and help regulate the accounting planning.  Agencing the administration rules, analyze reports before submitting them to Grantmakers.
 
February 2005- July 2006:  Accountant of Réseau des Coopératives Caféières de Région Nord (RECOCARNO).
 
August 2004- September 2004: Internship in Accounting at the Unité d' Appui au Programme de la Coopération Canadienne (UAPC).

 Nérès LUCIEN

  Project Deputy Planning   

    Born in  Mont-Organizé, Haiti.  After his high school studies at College Notre Dame, Cap-Haitien in 1990., Mr Lucien went in 1990- 1994 to attend University Classes at Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Economics of Port-au-Prince where he obtained two Certificates in Commercial Sciences and Economic Sciences.  From 1994- 1997, he started his professional studies in Electro- Techniques at (Centre de Formation Professional d' Haitiano-Canado) where he obtained a diploma in Electro technique.  From 1999- 2003 he continued his university studies at State University of Haiti (U.E.H): Faculté de Droit and Sciences Economiques of Port-au- Prince and obtained a degree on Juridical Sciences.
