| Our Mission
The mission of Federally Employed Women’s Foundation for Education and Training is to:
· help women enhance their career opportunities through education and training;
· encourage diversity and equity in the workplace; and
· provide opportunities for professional growth through leadership development, education, mentoring, and networking.
To support this mission, the Foundation provides academic scholarships to members and immediate family (spouses/dependent children) and information/assistance to others through regularly scheduled webinars, participation in career/education fairs, and other outreach efforts.
Your tax-deductible donation will go for assistance to women as they attempt to truly break the glass ceiling and/or to their immediate family members as they move forward in their federal service careers.
