Citiwide Computer Training Center offers online end-user and advanced technical training for businesses and individuals both on-site and through How To Master and Caliber Learning.

Our web-based training method allows students to complete lessons at their own pace and in accordance with their own schedules.

Citiwide Computer Training Center provides this service as a way to support its efforts to provide traditionally underserved populations with similar training.

The student environment allows students to:

• organize their current courses

• review their progress

• see statistics related to their performance

• generate individual training reports

• correspond with Citiwide's training administrator

• access support information including a glossary, help index, screen specific help and user guides
