Periodically, the Museum staff will recommend WEBSITES and other resources for parents and caregivers. Two new sites we have come across are:

 • Zero to Three - www.zerotothree.org is a national nonprofit multidisciplinary organization whose mission is to support the healthy development and well-being of infants, toddlers and their families. Their site features links to their Parenting Resources, the Zero to Three Policy Center, their National Training Institute and the Zero to Three Press.  It's a great resource for parents, educators and policy makers.

 • Family Watch Dog - www.familywatchdog.us - a site developed by John Walsh of "America's Most Wanted" TV show. This site allows you to put your home address or your child's school address into a database that connects to the National Sex Offender Registry. It then pinpoints for you the location of any registered offenders who live or work near you. A useful tool to help keep your family safe!

• One Tough Job -
www.onetoughjob.org -  This great site, developed by the Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund, offers a variety of resources and ideas to help stressed out parents cope with the demands of raising children.  Look for parenting tips by age, ways to improve communication with your child, and appropriate discipline ideas.

• Good Search - www.goodsearch.com - donates .01 everytime you search using The Children's Museum in Easton as your charity.

• Good Shop - www.goodshop.com - donate a percentage of your purchase to The Children's Museum in Easton.

Please let us know of other ways that we can support you and your family!
