We are currently accepting applications for part-time positions in several areas.
1.We are currently accepting application from qualified teachers able to teach baby sign language and preschool yoga.
2. Afterschool teachers are needed to work with school age populations. Classes can be designed around a teacher's areas of interests including, but not limited to drama, dance, art, science, woodworking, crafts.
3. Certified teachers or experienced scout leaders are needed to conduct workshops for Brownies, Girl Scouts and Boy Scout badge programs. Flexible hours, usually afterschool or early evenings.
4. Teachers are also needed for a new Museum outreach program - The Science Roadshow, which travels to area sites including schools, afterschool programs, recreation departments. Day or evening teaching hours available.
5. Certified teachers are needed for morning preschool classes.
6. Floor Managers to work weekends and afternoons. This position includes many different duties:
• front desk (phone, admissions, gift shop sales)
• special craft programs with kids (we’ll train you!)
• party host/hostess
• sleepover supervisor
• and lots of other interesting odd jobs, too varied to mention
Hours are flexible (part-time) salary is competitive, the work is rewarding, and you’ll meet lots of outstanding individuals!
