T he Child & Family Guidance Center of Texoma is pleased to announce that as of August, 2008 Dr. David Falkstein has expanded his hours at the center and is accepting new clients.
Dr. David Falkstein is a Licensed Psychologist and Specialist in School Psychology. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD/ADD, Learning Disabilities, Autism/Asperger’s, and Emotional Disorders (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar). Dr. Falkstein has been in practice for 8 years and has been with CFGC since 2004.
Dr.Falkstein conducts comprehensive developmental, psychoeducational, and psychological evaluations. Dr. Falkstein has specialty training in the differential diagnosis of ADHD and Emotional/Behavioral disorders.
Psychological evaluations typically consist of a parent interview, child interview, parent and teacher ratings, and examination of cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. The evaluations provide useful recommendations to guide medical and psychological treatment and offer recommendations for both the parents and the school.
