DIRECT IMMIGRATION LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND REPRESENTATION

The direct service activities of the Legal Department focus on Family-Based Immigration, Family Petitions for Relatives, Adjustment of Status to Permanent Residency, Consular Processing, and Citizenship and Naturalization.

The Legal Department also handles temporary protected status cases, suspension of deportation and cancellation of removal cases under the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA), and self-petitioning cases under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and provides representation before the Immigration Service.  We are able to accept a limited number of cases before the Immigration Court.

Various immigration services are provided, including in-person consultations, employment authorization, changes of address, USCIS inquiries, FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, and many others.

The Legal Department does NOT handle employment-based matters, or non-immigrant visa matters.

THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT DOES NOT PROVIDE CONSULTATIONS OR ADVICE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE AND WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY E-MAIL REQUESTS FOR LEGAL ADVICE.

Please call the Legal Department at 773-508-5300
and make an appointment.  Thank you.
