Randy, 46, died in the Ramsey County jail from lack of medical care. He was booked into the jail on October 19th on suspicion of refusing to take a sobriety test, according to media accounts. The family took his medication to the jail but it was never administered. Randy died from a diabetic coma. His family is suing the jail.
