Mark, 29, died from cardiac arrest after Minnesota State Troopers tased him during a minor rush-hour traffic accident investigation. Troopers claimed he was uncooperative but this was disputed by a number of witnesses. Mark was on his way to the airport to pick up his parents at the time of the accident. In addition to his parents, Mark leaves behind a two-year-old son.
